Training Objectives

The explicit objective of cross-cultural training is to help individuals function successfully and positively with people who are culturally different making participants more effective in overseas, cross-cultural or multicultural situations.

However, the not so obvious implicit benefits offer far more intriguing results.

Since the Training Seminar exposes participants to deep, hidden information about their own cultures, their unbeknownst preconceptions, mindsets and world views are exposed, making major personal awareness and growth inevitable.

Because culture is presented in an objective light, it discloses unconscious stereotypes breaking down prejudices and cultural misconceptions, consequently creating more trust and open dialogue, essential ingredients for any successful organization.

And perhaps one of the most positive side-effects of this type of training is the fact that participants become more confident in general dealing with the unknown; more comfortable with uncertainty, two vital skills for managing change.

Today's great innovative thinkers suggest that this is now the one essential skill for survival: to deal successfully with change: for it is the one constant and rapidly increasing, truth of today’s global reality.
